You may be have familiar with Alexander Fleming from his founding because his well known founding of Penicillin as antibiotics drug. This scientist is from Scotland was on his experiment to make bacteria weak, the bacteria called as staphylococci or staphylococcus.
The truth is that when he returned from vacation in 1928, he found one of his experiments that the cup have been grow by fungi, which upset him and threw it. At that time he had not realized that then Staphylococcal bacteria are not able to live in an environment that the fungi grown. After Fleming examined again and found that the fungus could inhibit bacterial growth, he later published his findings from but do not receive much attention. This fungi is called penicillin.
Later in the year 1945 after the further research carried out by several other scientists, it is believed that the new penicillin could be produced in industrial scale, so this has given way to treat an infection or inflammation of the bacteria until this time.
