Fasting Therapy

Fasting type depends a lot of background and purpose of fasting itself. The most common definition according to Muslims is, "do not eat or drink and do not do things that can break the fast, like having sex during the day, can not hold anger, cursing, swearing, gossiping and so forth.

Why do we need to fast?
In modern times, as now, we never escape from the toxins that enter into our bodies. So many toxins that we don’t realize that food we give to our children a lot of toxic. So many flavorings, colorings, or preservatives contained in the foods they exceed the tolerance threshold. No wonder if our current age is less healthy in our bodies if there are lots of toxins.

Although many theories that say fasting is able to treat various diseases, fasting is not actually treat the disease, but fasting gives the body a chance to rest from the routine work of processing food and drink as usual. The energy used to process food, when fasting will be used to repair of body damage. That is why fasting is able to treat various chronic diseases.

When fasting, the body undergoes detoxification naturally. The absence of regular food into the stomach, making organ of the body organs such as liver and spleen cleanse themselves. Toxins are removed will be 10 times more than usual, so that the aging process could be inhibited for a while.
